Mogra, as celebrated in ancient Ayurvedic scriptures, is revered for its Sattvic (pure, life-enhancing) qualities and its Tridosha-balancing properties. It helps harmonize the body’s three vital energies, or Doshas: Vata (movement), Pitta (metabolism or digestion), and Kapha (structure and lubrication), with a particular focus on regulating Pitta. Additionally, Mogra water is recognized for its natural aphrodisiac qualities.
